Multifabs Limited’s CSR initiatives encompass a range of impactful projects. They offer monthly support of BDT 2,30,000 to 120 special needs children at Amar Jyoti school. Additionally, they provide scholarships and HSC stipends totaling BDT 5,00,000 for the education of employee children. Employee higher education is supported through a BDT 50,000 stipend. The company extends free medical assistance to employees, benefiting 20,000 individuals monthly, and distributes menstrual sanitary napkins to 3000 female employees. A free health camp benefits 6000 employees and 10,000 community members. Female employees enjoy 112 days of maternity leave.

The company’s dedication to employees’ well-being is evident through childcare support, free education, and a fair-price shop offering up to 25% discounts on daily groceries, with a total support value of BDT 70 lakh.
